Agreement to Terms
By using the services of GoGreen Buena Park Landscaping, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services we provide, including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation, tree care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
Services
We provide professional landscaping services to residential and commercial properties in Buena Park, CA and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained and insured professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any project that we determine to be unsafe, illegal, or beyond our scope of work.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We schedule services based on availability and weather conditions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Property Access
You agree to provide clear access to all areas where work will be performed. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and removing obstacles. If our crew cannot access the work area, we may need to reschedule, and you may be charged a trip fee. You are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hazards on your property.
Liability and Insurance
We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, pre-existing damage to lawns or landscaping, or damage caused by factors beyond our control such as extreme weather, pests, or disease. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but some minor damage may occur during normal operations.
Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. For installation services, we offer a 30-day warranty on labor. Plants, sod, and other living materials are subject to care instructions we provide. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper watering, pest infestation, extreme weather, or neglect. Materials and products carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
